Return & Refund Policy – Muzammal Collection

At Muzammal Collection, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the following policy.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and important slips included in the parcel.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Restocking Charges

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
Customers will receive 85% of the product value as a refund after the deduction of restocking charges.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
The refund amount will be issued within 15 working days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
