We offer returns and exchanges only in case of a faulty or defective dress. Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the parcel, and the item must be returned in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the product, an exchange will be processed or a refund will be issued. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total payment in case of returns. Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive the returned parcel.
